In this group coaching program, you will learn the benefits of fasting and how it helps heal your body. You will also learn about the incretin hormone and how it helps regulate blood sugar, promote satiety, and reduce appetite. Each week, we will meet to learn together what to eat to keep our bodies healthy and how to promote healing and detoxification daily to see the lasting change we desire.
You will be provided 15 recipes a month to keep diversity and change evolving in your kitchen.
This is a go-at-your-own-pace program. You can also be part of a group with weekly Zoom calls on Tuesdays at 7 p.m. CST.
The program is designed for change over 52 weeks/a year.
