Oh boy! I gained a renewed realization that eating whole, real food doesn’t have to be boring, you just have to get creative. Discovered how much more satisfying healthy eating is so I don’t have to keep snacking to find satiety. I realized that you should develop a cook book to sell and I will be your first customer! It was great! Also, I really liked the day 2 vinyasa and that you kept your struggle to find the right words on the video. It’s so much more real and human that way and shows that we all struggle and sometimes things don’t just always turn out perfectly!

When Amy introduced me to 4:8 Lifestyle, I was super excited!  Amy walked us through each step, from grocery lists, recipes and virtual meal prepping.
